SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship. United States only at this time.

Cost. Flat $4.99 per order, USPS Ground Advantage.

Processing time. Orders are assembled by hand and ship within 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order goes out.

Transit time. USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers in 2–5 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

Wrong address. We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it's incorrect, email us immediately — once a package ships we can't reroute it. Packages returned to us for a bad address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Lost or damaged in transit. Email us with your order number and we'll make it right.
