REFUND POLICY

We want you happy with your Diamond View mount. If you're not, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.

To be eligible, the item must be in resalable condition with all original parts. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover it.

To start a return, email us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number. We'll send return instructions and an address. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be processed.

Damaged or defective items. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, your choice.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to post. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, email us.
